Delete your account

Permanently remove your Gate One Studio account and personal data without signing into the app. We verify ownership with a one-time code sent to your email, then deactivate the account immediately.

How it works
  1. 1Enter the email address linked to your Gate One account.
  2. 2We email you a 6-digit verification code (valid for 5 minutes).
  3. 3Enter the code below to confirm deletion.
  4. 4Your account is immediately deactivated and all sessions are revoked.
Step 1 — Verify it's you
What gets deleted
  • •Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, preferences)
  • •Wishlist and saved events / movies
  • •Reviews and ratings you posted
  • •Active login sessions
  • •Auth credentials (passwords, OTP history)
What we retain
  • •Transaction records (bookings, payments, refunds) for up to 7 years, as required by Indian tax law
  • •Anonymised analytics events (no personal identifiers) for up to 90 days
